Southland puppies are in homes
around the world as hunting companions, competition dogs and pets.
Southland Kennels is the home of GMHR Trieven Thunder Annie, the first
NAHRA Master Hunting Retriever in history, as well as the
Southland Kennels produces 10 - 12 litters per year. The breeding program
is dedicated to preserving the hunting instincts and abilities of the
Labrador Retriever. All brood bitches and stud dogs are directly out of
Field Champions or titled Hunting stock.

Puppies are introduced to birds and retrieving pigeons by the time they
are 7 weeks of age. Weather permitting, pups are introduced to water and
swimming. Dew claws are removed and pups are wormed and vaccinated.
All Southland puppies now have a
HomeAgain Microchip implanted.
All
puppies come from top quality field stock and are fully guaranteed.
Parents are certified free of eye disorders and degenerative hip disease.
